Some Feyre Jewellery pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 1–4 weeks for your item to be created, depending on the design complexity and current workload.
If you need something by a specific date, feel free to get in touch before ordering.

UK Shipping

Once your jewellery has been made, all UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Typical delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped Tracked & Signed (where available). Delivery times vary by country, but most orders arrive within 5–14 working days after dispatch. 

Please note:

European Union

International orders to the EU may incur import duties on orders over £130 (€150). To cover this, an additional £20 fee is added at checkout for eligible orders. This helps ensure all import costs are paid upfront for a smooth and secure delivery. This prevents loss of orders or failed delivery attempts. It also stops unexpected charges for you when the parcel arrives in the EU. I’ve subsidised part of this fee to keep the price as reasonable as possible

USA

International shipping to the US comes at a slightly increased cost. I use Royal Mail, a reliable and trackable service, which includes import tax up front to help ensure your parcel arrives smoothly. If the import tax comes in significantly lower than the shipping cost charged, I will refund the difference. I’m currently working out the most accurate way to calculate this and will continue to update my shipping details as this comes into use.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number. If something appears to be lost, reach out to me, and I’ll help investigate.
