Some Feyre Jewellery pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 1–4 weeks for your item to be created, depending on the design complexity and current workload.

UK Shipping

Once your jewellery has been made, all UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Typical delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped Tracked & Signed (where available).
Delivery times vary by country, but most orders arrive within 5–14 working days after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number. If something appears to be lost, reach out to me and I’ll help investigate.
